As a Young Graduate Management Consulting Analyst, you will work at the intersection of finance, data, and technology, contributing to impactful transformation projects across industries — from day one.

💼 What you’ll do

As part of multidisciplinary consulting teams, you will:

  • 📊 Support finance transformation projects across core finance domains such as Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P)
  • 📈 Contribute to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) initiatives (planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting)
  • 🔍 Analyse financial and operational data to identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, and value‑creation opportunities
  • 🧠 Translate business questions into structured analyses, financial models, dashboards, and actionable insights
  • 🏗️ Support the design of finance operating models, including processes, governance, and organizational structures
  • 🤖 Contribute to finance platform transformations (ERP, EPM tools), leveraging digital, automation, data & AI
  • 📑 Prepare client‑ready deliverables (PowerPoint presentations, analyses, reports) for C‑level decision‑making
  • 🗣️ Participate in workshops and working sessions with client finance teams
  • 🤝 Collaborate with consultants, technology experts, and client stakeholders across functions
  • 🌱 Continuously build expertise in consulting methodologies, finance transformation, and emerging technologies

👤 What we’re looking for

🎓 Education

  • Master’s degree (or final‑year student) in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field

🧠 Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Interest in finance, data, and digital transformation
  • Ability to structure complex problems and communicate insights clearly
  • Comfortable working with numbers, data, and presentations

🌱 Mindset

  • Curious, eager to learn, and growth‑oriented
  • Structured, detail‑oriented, with a big‑picture mindset
  • Proactive, taking ownership and initiative
  • Team‑oriented and comfortable in fast‑paced environments

🌍 Languages

  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset

Bonus points if you have

  • Exposure to finance processes, ERP or EPM tools
  • Interest in AI, data analytics, automation, or digital finance
  • Previous internship or project experience in consulting or finance
