Data Engineer (get the Palantir skill)

THE WORK
In this role, you will join a project focused on designing and implementing data engineering solutions in Palantir Foundry. You will work across the entire lifecycle - from connecting data sources, building data pipelines, and modeling semantic layers, to developing applications within Foundry that support real‑world operational and analytical needs.
You do not need previous experience with Palantir - we will train you.
You will receive full onboarding, including Foundry Aware certification and a two‑week onsite Palantir training in Europe. After the training, the work is performed on-site.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing end‑to‑end solutions that translate client requirements into scalable Foundry‑based workflows.
Building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes powering decision‑making models.
Developing operational workflows and decision‑support tools that improve enterprise operations.
Collaborating with teams to apply AI and machine‑learning models to client challenges.
Partnering with clients to get, understood requirements and based on them deliver sustainable transformation and trusted long‑term solutions.
Creating and maintaining Ontology components (objects, properties, links, actions).
Build user-facing applications and dashboards using Foundry tools (Workshop, Slate, Quiver, Vertex), optimizing for user experience, maintainability, and operational impact.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working onsite at a client or in an Accenture office in Warsaw – depending on specific project circumstances. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of experience in data engineering.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark.
Experience building data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models.
Ability to work onsite in Warsaw following the training phase.
Fluency in Polish.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Palantir platforms (Foundry, Gotham) or similar technologies.
Understanding of AI/ML workflows or operational workflow design.
Interest in learning new technologies, including Palantir Foundry
