THE WORK:
Developing, extending, and maintaining components across the Salesforce Marketing Automation ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud Engagement, Data Cloud (Data 360), and Marketing Cloud Personalization
Building and maintaining emails, data extensions, journeys, automations, and SQL-driven data models, with a strong focus on data processing, personalization logic, and automation reliability
Providing daily technical support, including platform monitoring, troubleshooting data flows, resolving automation failures, and addressing performance or security issues
Designing and implementing custom activities and processes
Implementing components that support business use cases based on Salesforce platforms
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Active student status and availability of at least 30 hours per week with the potential for full-time hours over the next 6 months
Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills
Eagerness to gain experience with Salesforce technology (programming, configuration, integration)
Initial experience in project work and/or working with IT systems (especially CRM/MarTech systems)
Front-end technologies (jQuery, HTML, CSS), JavaScript, SQL, or other technologies
Basic knowledge of Git and version control
Experience with Salesforce clouds/modules is a big plus
