About the Role
We are looking for Program & Project Mgmt Associate/Analyst to join our team supporting Manufacturing & Quality projects for a world-leading aircraft manufacturer.
You will be part of an international, multifunctional team and will be assigned to one or more project activities from tool configuration to project management and data analysis depending on your skillset.
You will join an international team (France, Germany, Mauritius) and act as a key technical and operational enabler for our global aerospace clients.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Operations (PMO)
- Project Governance: Conduct intensive project follow-up, including progress tracking, milestone planning, and risk reporting.
- Strategic Communication: Liaise between Accenture leadership and client stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Coordination: Manage cross-functional tasks between teams in different geographical locations.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background:
- Engineering: Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- IT & Systems: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Informatics.
- Business & Management: Degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Quality Management.
Technical Toolkit:
- Proficiency: MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets/Slides).
- Programming & Automation (Highly Desired): Experience with SQL, Python, VBA, AppScript, or TypeScript to automate repetitive tasks.
- Business Intelligence: Exposure to Power BI, QlikSense, or Looker Studio.
- Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) or MS Access for database management.
Languages & Soft Skills:
- Bilingual: Professional fluency in English and French (written and verbal).
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot tasks week-to-week based on shifting project priorities.
- Precision: High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in reporting.
Work Schedule: Morning shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ) OR CET Shift (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM /11:30 AM - 8:00 PM)
