Job Summary:
Mobility operates one of the world's largest corporate travel programs, covering business travel, assignments, and events. We deliver a world-class service to our customers, allowing them to focus on what matters most.

The Meetings & Events Audit team will be responsible for auditing the meetings and events data ensuring that it is compliant with the global M&E guidelines and processes. On top of what is already added to the Meeting Request Form the team will be responsible for executing event reconciliation and closeout, which is a new scope for this role. The member will be responsible for entering actuals to the budget module within Cvent post reconciliation. The role will be 100% dedicated to event audits.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end event and budget audit management.
  • Supporting global Centre of Excellence planning and Event execution planning teams
  • Post event reconciliation and budget actuals entry
  • Manage event technology-related support, compliance, and reporting.​
  • Management of budgets, invoice reconciliation and payments
  • Build and configure event websites and registration portals based on event requirements.
  • Ensure all meeting request entries align with compliance and the latest policies

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • At least 3-4 years of working knowledge of Cvent
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint & Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to identify trends and simplify complex themes
  • Proven teaming skills and ability to work with large and complex global teams
  • Strong Stakeholder Management
  • Experience of Change Management; Process Design / Process Improvement

Additional Information:

  • Knowledge of any additional Event technology apart from Cvent would be an added benefit
  • Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global level
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Cvent certifications would be an added advantage
