Coordinare le attività di gestione contrattuale relative ai progetti e ai clienti assegnati, collaborando con il management di Accenture e con gli stakeholder del cliente per definire priorità, strategie, obiettivi e nuove opportunità di business
Seguire l’intero ciclo di vita dei contratti, dalla fase di negoziazione fino alla chiusura, garantendo il rispetto degli obblighi contrattuali, delle milestone progettuali, delle policy interne e delle normative vigenti
Individuare, gestire e mitigare i rischi di natura contrattuale e commerciale, lavorando in sinergia con le funzioni interne e con i referenti del cliente
Supportare e facilitare le trattative sui termini contrattuali con clienti e fornitori, assicurando l’allineamento alle policy aziendali e agli standard richiesti dal cliente
Se condividi la nostra passione per la consulenza, hai esperienze e interesse in ambito Contract Management e possiedi le seguenti caratteristiche, ti stiamo aspettando:
Hai maturato un’esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel Contract Management oppure in ambito legale con competenze in contrattualistica, normativa, appalti o finanza
Hai esperienza in attività legate ai processi e alle policy aziendali, relative alla normativa sugli appalti e subappalti
Capacità di individuare rapidamente rischi e criticità contrattuali e di proporre soluzioni efficaci
Spiccate doti di analisi critica, orientamento al business, proattività, problem solving e interesse per l’utilizzo di tecnologie innovative a supporto delle attività legali
Hai una Laurea Magistrale in discipline Giuridiche, Economiche o Scientifiche
Parli e scrivi in inglese fluentemente
