Oracle HR - Workforce Planning Lead
Key Responsibilities
• Lead workforce planning activities including headcount forecasting, demand planning, and cost analysis
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into Oracle solutions
• Configure and support Oracle modules related to workforce and financial planning
• Support data integration, validation, and reporting across HR and planning systems
• Participate in system testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
• Provide functional guidance and best practices to client teams
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Systems, HR, Finance, or related disciplines)
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM and/or Oracle Workforce Planning solutions
• Experience leading or supporting Workforce Planning initiatives
• Understanding of HR processes such as headcount management, workforce costing, and planning cycles
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
• Exposure to HR transformation or digital HR programs
• Oracle certifications in HCM or EPM
• Consulting or client‑facing experience
