Formarás parte de iniciativas estratégicas donde automatización, cloud, colaboración y desarrollo se integran para modernizar plataformas empresariales críticas. Trabajarás en proyectos de alto impacto, creando herramientas administrativas custom y soluciones escalables para ecosistemas Microsoft complejos.
Buscamos perfiles con mentalidad analítica, fuerte expertise en PowerShell y Microsoft 365, y capacidad para transformar necesidades operativas en soluciones técnicas robustas y escalables.
📌 ¿Cómo será tu día a día?
- Diseñar y desarrollar herramientas administrativas personalizadas para entornos Microsoft 365 de alta escala.
- Automatizar procesos utilizando PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API y Azure DevOps.
- Optimizar y modernizar procesos de administración en SharePoint Online, Exchange, Teams y OneDrive.
- Implementar soluciones de reporting y monitoreo para mejorar visibilidad y performance operativa.
- Integrar soluciones con Azure, Entra ID y servicios cloud complementarios.
- Participar en la mejora continua de estándares de scripting y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
- Colaborar con equipos de seguridad, infraestructura y colaboración para diseñar soluciones resilientes y seguras.
- Documentar desarrollos y contribuir a la evolución del framework interno de automatización.
- Gestionar múltiples iniciativas en entornos dinámicos y de transformación digital.
🎯 ¿Qué buscamos? | Requisitos excluyentes
- Experiencia sólida en PowerShell scripting profesional (mínimo 3–5 años).
- Experiencia trabajando con Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive).
- Conocimiento y uso de Microsoft Graph API.
- Experiencia en automatización y administración en entornos cloud (Azure).
- Experiencia con Azure DevOps, repositorios y pipelines.
- Conocimientos en administración de identidades (Entra ID).
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos colaborativos y metodologías ágiles.
- Perfil analítico, orientado a mejora continua y resolución de problemas complejos.
- Nivel de inglés avanzado.
⭐ Sumás puntos si además tenés
- Experiencia en desarrollo .NET, C# o integración con APIs REST.
- Conocimientos en contenedores o aplicaciones web.
- Experiencia en monitoreo, logging o auditoría en entornos M365.
- Certificaciones Microsoft (M365, Azure o relacionadas).
- Experiencia en modernización de entornos legacy hacia cloud.
- Mentalidad proactiva, foco en escalabilidad y automatización como estrategia.
