Estamos buscando Ingenieros/as expertos/as en transformación de Procesos de Ingenieria y Supply Chain, con experiencia del sector de Retail.
Funciones a destacar: Desarrollo de negocio y delivery de proyectos de consulting orientados a la transformación de procesos industriales, incluyendo:

Diagnóstico y rediseño de procesos end‑to‑end

Reingeniería de procesos operativos e industriales

Gestión del cambio y adopción operativa

Transformación basada en datos e IA (data‑driven operations)

Requisitos:
Grado en Ingeniería.
Experiencia 4–6 años de experiencia en entornos industriales complejos, trabajando con clientes de sectores y procesos (Sector Retail)
Experiencia previa en algún proyecto de transformación o mejora.
Capacidad analítica.
Ambición de crecer y aprender en la integración de los procesos y las nuevas tecnologías (IA, Data, hiperautomatización, robótica industrial, …)
Idiomas: Castellano nativo e inglés avanzado
