We are looking for an Employee Relations & Policies Specialist to deliver all employee and labor relations. The main functions are:
Manage policy and compliance for Employee and Labor Relations area.
Serve as the escalation point on policy and process.
Assist in reviewing Business Ethics Line matters and conducting investigations.
Identify need for new policies due to changing business needs and legislative changes.
Action compliance related issues in coordination with employees
Degree in Labor Sciences, Law or Diploma in Labor Relations.
Knowledge of Portugal labor legislation.
Computer skills: Office package, Sharepoint, Outlook, Workday
Fluent in Portuguese and English
