- Relevant experience in a consultancy or advisory firm;

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and facilitation skills
- Effective team management
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Master's or equivalent degree/ MBA
