ServiceNow Developer
Position Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with the ServiceNow platform and hands-on expertise in at least one ServiceNow module such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or others. This role will contribute to the enhancement, optimization, and continued expansion of our ServiceNow environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Customize and extend ServiceNow applications, including but not limited to ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or other modules.
- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations with external systems.
- Troubleshoot issues, support platform stability, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Participate in platform upgrades, testing cycles, and release management activities.
- Support ongoing improvements, innovation, and the strategic growth of the ServiceNow platform.
Certifications
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) - Required
Technical Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of hand-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Hands-on expertise with at least one ServiceNow module (e.g., ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or others).
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
- Understanding of ITIL concepts and their application within ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective in both technical and non-technical settings.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (CAD,ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, etc.).
- Experience in Now Assist/AI Agents
