Job Description:
The Junior Delivery Analyst/PMO works with Delivery Management to track the delivery operations and progress. The role supports the tasks and activities related to project/release delivery working closely with project leads to produce, document and track the activities and progress. The role will also require client interactions and presence when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with program delivery leads and project managers to understand the context, process
Support tracking, reporting, and executing internal and external operational activities
Support planning activities and maintenance of the release plans
Support internal management meetings, follow up of actions driven as outcomes
Support coordination and activation of initiatives at client related to business development, AI enablement, other
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, IT delivery, or a related role
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Mobile Banking functions and concepts is good to have
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and concept is good to have
- Experience with Agile Delivery methodology is good to have
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, or similar
