Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
Entra a far parte del Reinvention Partner di Industry & Enterprise in ambito Sustainability. Lavorerai con tecnologie innovative su progetti entusiasmanti, aiutando le aziende leader a definire strategie di business e guidare la crescita. In particolare, potrai:
Unire visione strategica, approccio consulenziale, innovazione e tecnologia nel campo della sostenibilità, dai temi ambientali a quelli sociali e di governance
Identificare, analizzare e risolvere problemi di business complessi, interagendo con il senior management sia presso il cliente che internamente ad Accenture
Collaborare con il team Sustainability ed esperti a livello europeo e mondiale per sviluppare value proposition efficaci e strategiche
Lavorare con autonomia sia presso clienti che internamente ad Accenture, con responsabilità di coaching e mentoring delle risorse più junior
La retribuzione prevista in Accenture viene definita sulla base di molteplici elementi di valutazione, tra cui – ad esempio - il ruolo ricoperto, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze professionali e l’esperienza maturata. Per la presente posizione, è previsto un livello di inquadramento B3 nel CCNL Metalmeccanico.
La fascia di retribuzione annua lorda prevista è compresa tra 36.906,87€ e 46.700€.

Hai maturato tra i 2 e i 10 anni di esperienza in consulenza, in una start-up o in un altro ambiente di business che ti ha permesso di applicare i principi di sostenibilità nelle diverse funzioni corporate (es. Planning, Finance, Procurement, ecc.), o nello sviluppo di prodotti e servizi
Conosci bene i principali temi di sostenibilità, quali Sustainable Finance, Climate Strategies, Sustainable Supply Chains, Environmental & Social Performance Management, Circular Economy, Net Zero, Sustainable Technologies e ESG data, ESG reporting and disclosure, Social Strategy, Governance e hai esperienza nel disegno di programmi di trasformazione improntati alla sostenibilità
Comprendi bene l’analisi finanziaria di una azienda (P&L, bilanci, ecc.) e le potenzialità di integrazione dei fattori ESG nel business
Hai una Laurea Magistralee sai parlare fluentemente in italiano e inglese
