You are:

A Solution Architect with experience engaging with prospective customers for Infrastructure Management.

The Work:

The primary responsibility of this role is to be a value architect for a variety of opportunities ranging from small- sized to large opportunities involving Application Managed Services and Professional services for Enterprise IT, with the ability to individually create Solutions leveraging deep technology, solutioning, and delivery experience in one or more areas, while being able to develop these in a collaborative basis with the client including advising/co-creating the solutions. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, your ability to Engage with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Expert proficiency in Enterprise IT infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking, Colocation) is required, and Expert proficiency in network and security architecture is recommended. Beginner proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Solution Architecture, and Solution Planning Costing & Pricing, is suggested.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation scope of an enterprise IT infrastructure including DC to DC migration, hardware refresh, DC Colocation during pre-sales sales cycle.

  • Represent the solution in conversation with Operating Group leadership and sales team, senior client buyers and functional owners

  • Drive the necessary Technology Delivery sign off on solutions with proper input from the Operating Groups on client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget and preferences

  • Work with the Operating Group sales team and Subject Matter Experts as required during the sales process; communicate/collaborate with delivery organization(s)

  • Promote the use of standards in solutions by coordinating with Legal and Commercial and directing Corporate Development Transaction Services

  • Collaborate with the Operating Groups to provide input to Terms and Conditions, and in some cases, be accountable for specific contractual terms and conditions

  • Work with Technology leadership to identify Point of Contact for delivery. Where appropriate, lead stabilization efforts on client deals

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here is What You Need:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Technology Environment with a strong focus on Datacenter infrastructure and Colocation environments.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Planning and Deal Shaping.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure including Server Farms, Network Devices, and Data Protection and DR strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate’s degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
