Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage end-to-end STLC processes with a strong focus on automation and continuous quality.
  • Design, architect, and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Define automation strategies and quality approaches for complex, multi-service, distributed systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.
  • Establish and enforce best practices in software testing and automation.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing and automation technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
  • Solid programming skills in at least one of Java, C#, Python etc.
  • Strong knowledge in developing test automation structure from scratch using automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress).
  • Experience with GenAI tools
  • Experience in DevOps practices—CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
  • Experience in Version Control Systems (Git) and branching strategies.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and issue management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals: clean code, OOP, design patterns, debugging, logging, observability.
  • Experience with performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
