Job Summary
Leveraging your deep expertise in FP&A processes and SAP technologies you’ll lead end-to-end consulting engagements, shaping and delivering financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics across EMEA and global clients. You’ll be a key contributor to sales pursuits and developing go-to-market strategies to accelerate client value realization. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive FP&A projects end-to-end, from opportunity identification to solution design through implementation, testing and deploy, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.​

  • Contribute to sales and go-to-market initiatives by leading RFPs, client workshops, demos, and proposals to win strategic FP&A transformation deals.​​

  • Prepare innovative assets including PoVs, accelerators, proof-of-concepts, and industry strategies tailored to client challenges in planning and analytics.​

  • Innovate in the FP&A space by integrating Machine Learning & GenAI into FP&A processes for our clients. Develop cutting-edge analytical and planning scenario use-cases that can be leveraged as assets in pursuits & delivery.

  • Provide advisory on FP&A process optimization and EPM best practices

Must-Have Skills:

  • In-depth functional knowledge of FP&A processes including integrated planning, rolling forecasts, P&L analysis, and driver-based modeling.​

  • Proven experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or other similar SAP or non-SAP tools (BPC, Anaplan) delivering 4+ end-to-end FP&A implementations​

  • Strong EPM delivery track record and consulting background in financial transformations, preferably with Big 4 or leading consulting organizations.​

  • Expertise in project leadership, strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and agile delivery methodologies for complex SAP engagements.​

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with industry-specific FP&A (e.g., pharma, manufacturing) leading practices and emerging AI applications in finance processes.​

  • Exposure to sales enablement tools, client asset development, and go-to-market strategy formulation.​

  • Experience with SAP Datasphere, BW, or advanced SAC features like predictive analytics and multi-model planning.​

  • Experience with S/4HANA Group Reporting and integration with SAC for plan consolidations.

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT; relevant certifications (e.g., SAC, S/4HANA Finance) preferred.​

  • Experience in SAP consulting/FP&A, including experience EPM/SAC projects and sales/pre-sales.​

  • Exceptional consulting acumen with analytical mindset, cross-cultural communication, and ability to thrive in fast-paced Accenture environment.​​
