Business Architecture Senior Analyst

The Work

  • Create high-level designs of end-to-end Salesforce integration solutions, defining data flows, business process mapping, and data objects.

  • Hands-on expertise in Apex, Salesforce SOAP & REST web services, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, Apex Classes, SOQL & SOSL, Data Loader, and Lightning App Builder.

  • Implement robust error and exception handling, best practices for triggers, design patterns, and reusable business logic.

  • Apply Salesforce best practices for data modeling, interface design, security, and code development.

  • Design and implement complex sharing models using declarative and programmatic methods.

  • Develop test plans to ensure code coverage, performance, security, and maintainability.

  • Collaborate with offshore teams and adjust schedules to ensure project delivery.

Skills Required

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service/Community Cloud) preferred.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce architecture principles, integration patterns, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and release/environment management.

  • Hands-on experience in a technical leadership or development role with Salesforce.

  • Experience with agile/scrum and waterfall methodologies.

  • Strong communication skills across workshops, presentations, and meetings.

  • Passion for client success, collaboration, and Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Commercial acumen and ethical behavior with commitment to equality and diversity.

  • Relevant Salesforce experience and certifications or Trailhead badges.
     

Location: Auckland and Wellington

Standard Working hours: 37.5 hours/week
