Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Banking Service Desk con ganas de enfrentar nuevos desafíos.
¿Qué desafíos te esperan?
- Realizar la actualización de datos y información del cliente en el sistema de tarjetas de crédito.
- Atender y resolver incidencias relacionadas con transacciones, límites de crédito y autorizaciones.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos para solucionar problemas técnicos o de seguridad.
- Mantener registros precisos de las gestiones realizadas y reportar incidencias recurrentes.
- Brindar atención en los canales autorizados a los clientes en relación a sus tarjetas.
- Cumplir con las políticas de seguridad y confidencialidad del banco en todas sus operaciones.

- Educación Media completa.
- Conocimiento en productos financieros y tarjetas de crédito.
- Capacidad de atención al cliente y resolución de problemas.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y en equipo.
- Atención al detalle y precisión en la gestión de información.
- Dos años de experiencia en sistemas y plataformas bancarias.
- Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Office: Excel y Microsoft Query
