Accenture is looking for an experienced Risk & Compliance professional with expertise in selling and delivering projects to join our Nordic & Netherlands CFO & Enterprise Value – Digital Risk & Compliance Strategy & Consulting practice. 


About the Digital Risk & Compliance area

Within Accenture, Digital Risk & Compliance sits within the CFO & Enterprise Nordic & Netherlands practice covering both Strategy and Management Consulting cross the regions. We partner up with our clients to help them transform their businesses. We work with Risk and Compliance professionals cross-industry but currently having a high focus on the Financial Services industry where the regulatory change agenda and end customer demands result in an extensive change agenda.
 

We help our clients manage Cyber, Financial, Fraud, Operational and Regulatory risks through strategy, governance, operating models, process and controls, leveraging data, analytics and technology to enhance risk management, strengthen controls, build enterprise resilience, ensure compliance, and drive innovation and efficiency across the enterprise.
 

We are now growing and wish to strengthen our team with a highly engaged, sales-oriented Senior Manager  who combines strong end-to-end solution delivery expertise with a passion for selling consulting engagements within Regulations & Compliance - particularly in Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention. This includes Operating model transformation, Fraud & Financial crime risk management, Process and Organizational transformation and Data-driven risk analytics. In addition to leading comprehensive solutions delivery, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth– proactively identifying and qualifying new opportunities, shaping and selling consulting engagements, building long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, and expanding our footprint within the risk and compliance domain across the Nordics.

Skill Requirements

  • You have 8+ years of extensive experience in strategy and consulting type of work connected to Risk & Compliance topics, specifically Financial Crime Prevention, AML and Fraud prevention but also preferably a background covering other areas within the wider risk agenda.
  • You have demonstrated strong sales capabilities, including opportunity identification, shaping and selling complex consulting engagements, and building trusted client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • You are well-versed and curious about the enablers, such as data, analytics and technology solutions applicable to the risk and compliance domain
  • You are well-versed and possess a strong interest in key enablers – including data, analytics, AI and technology solutions – that drive innovation and effectiveness within the Risk & Compliance area.
  • You are used to collaborating in diverse project teams on the Risk & Compliance agenda and can work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
  • In your area(s) of skills and experience, you can demonstrate relevant delivery experience also leveraging frameworks and new ways of working for client value creation.
  • You are comfortable with written and oral presentations in both English and Swedish, conducting interviews, facilitating workshops and presenting analysis findings and recommendations to our client’s leadership teams.
  • You are able to identify and pursue new business opportunities in cooperation with others, and lead and contribute to proposal work to build a pipeline of relevant client work within the area of risk and compliance.
  • You have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business or Engineering.
  • You are flexible and can meet Accenture and Client travel requirements.
