Financial Expert in Deal Structuring and Pricing Department
The Deal Structuring & Pricing (DSP) team is responsible for pricing Accenture’s projects and services in large and complex contracts. DSP works closely with Accenture leadership, including Sales and Technology teams, to develop competitive proposals for our clients.
As an Analyst/Specialist in the DSP team, you will become part of a global network of over 700 professionals specializing in finance and pricing for contracts in areas such as Cloud, Big Data, AI, and Security.

THE WORK:
As part of the Deal Structuring (DS) group, you will support the development of competitive offers for large and complex contracts. You will:
- Prepare financial models and business cases for Accenture and its clients to assess new projects.
- Collaborate directly with Sales and Technology leadership to shape commercial proposals.
- Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
- Provide analytical support to Accenture leadership during deal shaping and negotiation processes.
- Present financials to internal stakeholders.
- Advise on financial risks, pricing models, and revenue/cost structures for new contracts.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in a finance department.
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles, including risk identification and cost/revenue modeling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (excluding VBA).
- Fluency in both Polish and English (C1 level).
- Ability to build business cases in Excel (tested during recruitment).

- Experience in pricing, business negotiations, or project finance.
- Ongoing studies in ACCA, CIMA, or CFA.
