Skills, qualifications, certifications, experience:

o   2+ years of proven experience as IT Business Analyst, Functional designer, Systems analyst or Product owner

o   Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset & attention to details

o   Exceptional interpersonal skills, effective collaboration skills with project team and all levels of management

o   Very detail and result oriented personality with the ability to identify dependencies efficiently

o   Excellent written and oral English skills;

 

Additional requirements (Will be considered as an advantage):

o   Previous experience with large scale software implementation projects as SME or Business analyst

o   Experience with Change Management, LEAN or Design Thinking methodologies

o   Experience with cross-platform integrations

o   Degree in computer science would be considered as advantage

o   Written and speaking fluency of any other European language (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish)

Due to project requirements, candidates must currently hold EU work permit and be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer.

 

Top 3-5 BA responsibilities:

o   Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture and document business requirements both at a high and detail level, ensure effective handover to the development team

o   Develop detailed use cases, User stories, wireframes, and other specifications to be used during implementation, testing, and maintenance of a feature

o   Support the team on day-to-day basis by clarifying detailed questions about the requirements

o   Actively look for ways to improve requirements gathering and collaboration process within the project

o   Participate in scope planning, backlog estimation and slicing

 

Work Location: Latvia

Work model: Hybrid work model - flexible hours with the possibility to combine office and remote work, business trips
