Role Overview: -

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented personnel to join our Gen AI prompt modeling team responsible for building platform integrity and tooling product capabilities and driving continuous improvements to fight abuse and fraud for product(s) in AI/GenAI space.

Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for requirement gathering and analysis, new product launches, platform experience management and cross-functional project management. In this role, candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans to generate vulnerability assessment reports detailing potential loopholes and issues within AI/GenAI product(s).

Candidate will work closely with the product/ engineering/ AI modeling team to report bugs and propose solutions. Candidate need be flexible to work in rotational shifts to support business/ clients across different time zones.

Responsibilities: -

  • Support data operations related to AI model training and evaluation, specifically prompt engineering. Collaborate closely with the AI model team to continually optimize and enhance AI model performance.

  • Contribute/ co-create data operation strategies tailored to AI model training and evaluation scenarios with the internal and external stakeholders. Provide effective support for large-scale model projects, including text, images, video, audio, or graph generation.

  • Collaborate with resources across content moderation, and product teams to execute red-team tests and generate comprehensive reports, which include, but are not limited to, vulnerability assessments and potential solutions wherever applicable.

  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. Engage with testing teams, coordinate data and reporting requirements internally, and ensure orderly progress of data operation tasks.

  • Align models and policies and manage GenAI prompt generation for model training to ensure model quality, robustness, and safety.

  • Posses Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering/Computer Science or related field

  • 0-1 years of experience in content/data management, red teaming, policy, anti-abuse, content moderation, or related fields. (Technology, particularly machine learning concepts or cybersecurity experience is a plus)

  • Familiarity with content management frameworks and optimization. Passion for applying these skills to human/AI alignment.

  • Familiarity with latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in generative AI security and ethics.

  • Fluent in Tagalog, with required education or work experience.

  • Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels effectively.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with an eye to detail and accuracy.

  • Willing to work with rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays

  • Fully onsite across 5 days work based at KL Sentral
