S&C Capital Markets Consultant

Funciones principales
Como Consultor/a de Capital Markets, participarás en proyectos para ayudar a bancos de inversión, gestoras de activos, bolsas y otras infraestructuras de mercado a prepararse para los mercados del futuro. Tus funciones incluirán:
Definir modelos operativos objetivo (TOM) y arquitecturas de procesos.
Elaborar especificaciones de requisitos de negocio.
Diseñar y planificar pruebas de aceptación de usuario (UAT) y readiness de negocio.
Gestionar proyectos y relaciones con clientes onshore/offshore.
El puesto se desempeña en Madrid o Barcelona en un modelo de trabajo híbrido, realizando algunos días desde tu casa y otros en la oficina donde podrás crear interesantes sinergias con el resto de tu equipo.
Es imprescindible residir en España y tener permiso laboral en España.
Responsabilidades y requisitos
Requisitos técnicos y académicos:
Grado en ADE, Finanzas o Ingeniería.
Dominio de inglés (oral y escrito).
Excelentes conocimientos de Excel y PowerPoint.
Experiencia en funciones de consultoría en mercados de capital.
Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
Competencias deseadas:
Comunicación y presentación efectiva.
Capacidad para interactuar con clientes y stakeholders.
Iniciativa para mantenerse actualizado en metodologías, herramientas y tecnologías emergentes.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar múltiples interlocutores.
