Management Consulting Senior Manager - Change Specialist

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice in New Zealand. This is a senior leadership role where you will help clients successfully deliver complex transformation programs, with a particular focus on enterprise-wide change management, technology adoption, and behavioural change.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale change delivery projects, from strategy through to execution.
Design and deliver change management approaches that enable technology adoption and sustainable behaviour change.
Build trusted relationships with senior executives and influence diverse stakeholder groups across complex organizations.
Provide expertise across all areas of people transformation, including organizational design, learning and training strategies, leadership alignment, and workforce engagement.
Manage and mentor teams of consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Contribute to practice growth by shaping new opportunities and bringing thought leadership to market.
About You
We are looking for a proven change leader with:
A strong consulting firm background, ideally with experience in leading major transformation programs for large organizations.
Deep expertise in change management consulting, with a focus on large-scale technology and business transformation.
Strong capability in executive stakeholder management, communication, and influence at C-suite level.
Demonstrated expertise in people transformation disciplines, including learning design, workforce transition, organizational development, and culture change.
A track record of leading teams and delivering results in complex environments.
A passion for driving human-centric change and enabling people to thrive through transformation.
