Talent Development & Learning role
As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional in the S&C Global Network, you’ll help clients across a variety of industries in the areas of Change Management, HR Transformation and Talent Development & Learning. You’ll use your expertise to develop exciting new learning strategies and solutions. Essentially, you’ll be part of the team that is creating the workforce of the future!
Shape future ready talent and skilling strategies using workforce insights and talent intelligence.
Define and drive enterprise learning strategies linked to critical skills and evolving business needs.
Lead the design of role-based, skill-based, and adaptive learning experiences across industries.
Use AI tools effectively to generate insights and support skills forecasting, learning needs analysis, and personalized learning.
Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and inform targeted learning interventions.
Partner with stakeholders to align talent and learning initiatives to strategic transformation agendas.
Facilitate cocreation sessions, stakeholder workshops, and user reviews to refine learning solutions.
Coach and grow junior practitioners; contribute to capability building for Talent & Development & Learning related areas.
Support business growth through thought leadership, proposals, and asset development.
Job Qualifications :
Relevant experience in talent management, talent development, learning, or related talent transformation work. Minimum 3 years and above of experience for Consultant level. 8 years and above for Manager level. Consulting experience would be highly preferred.
Background in Consulting, Workforce/Skills Strategy, Leadership & Culture, or Organization Effectiveness is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
Comfortable using digital and AIenabled tools for workforce insights, learning needs analysis, and personalized learning design.
Proven ability to conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and shape targeted learning solutions.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
Skilled in facilitation, including workshops, cocreation sessions, and complex stakeholder discussions.
Strong executivelevel relationshipbuilding and client management capabilities.
Collaborative team player who works effectively across global, cross functional teams.
Good to have: Exposure in supporting platformintegrated learning (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WalkMe) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), including assisting with content preparation, testing, user enablement, and coordination to support largescale transformation programs.
