Buscamos estudiantes proactivos, motivados y con interés en el área de Recursos Humanos, especialmente en selección. Durante tus prácticas, tendrás la oportunidad de sumergirte en procesos reales de atracción y desarrollo de talento, contribuyendo activamente al crecimiento de nuestra organización.

Tus principales funciones incluirán:
Revisión de candidaturas y coordinación de entrevistas.
Evaluación por competencias y participación en dinámicas de grupo.
Presentaciones corporativas a candidatos.
Participación en eventos como foros de empleo, talleres, masterclasses y colaboraciones con universidades.
Elaboración de ofertas y seguimiento de candidatos.
Acciones de engagement con nuevos talentos y becarios.

Tener expediente académico abierto (con posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas).
Nivel de inglés avanzado (mínimo B2 alto/C1).
Estar cursando estudios universitarios en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos o titulaciones afines.
