Role Overview:

As an SAP S/4HANA Analyst or Consultant, you will contribute to the successful implementation of digital transformation programs for clients in the Communications & Media sector. You will apply your domain knowledge, SAP functional skills, and project execution experience to support end-to-end solution delivery, working in collaboration with senior consultants, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Functional Support:

  • Support SAP S/4HANA project lifecycle activities including blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.
  • Assist in process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and requirement gathering aligned to the industry best practices.
  • Configure and test SD, MM, FICO, or BRIM modules based on business requirements under supervision.
  • Prepare key project documentation including functional specs, configuration guides, and user training material.
  • Participate in Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and support solution validation with business users.

Collaboration & Client Engagement:

  • Work closely with business users and senior consultants to translate functional requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define RICEFW components and support the testing cycle.
  • Contribute to cutover planning, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization.

Capability Building & Delivery Excellence:

  • Stay current on SAP innovations, especially in Digital Supply Chain, Finance, BRIM, and S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Develop reusable assets, templates, and accelerators to streamline project delivery.
  • Participate in internal knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably with 1–2 full lifecycle implementations
  • Strong understanding of core business processes: Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Exposure to designing functional specs, blueprint documentation, and change requests
  • Familiarity with SAP best practices and standard templates for configuration and testing
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to produce clear, structured project deliverables
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

    Good to Have (for Non-Executives):

    • Experience supporting fit-gap workshops and CRPs
    • Exposure to SAP Digital Supply Chain, CRM, SD/MM, BRIM, or FICO modules
    • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks
    • Previous industry experience in Telecom, High-Tech, or Consumer Tech
    • Ability to assist in RFP responses and basic project estimation under senior guidance
    • Understanding of requirements traceability and test case preparation
