What you’ll do daily
Lead client-facing workshops and solution design sessions, shaping end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned to business outcomes
Analyse business needs and translate them into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
Define solution architecture, business processes, and implementation approach, ensuring alignment with best practices
Present solution designs, roadmaps, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership
Collaborate with Technical Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure successful implementation of designed solutions
Provide oversight and direction to functional and delivery teams to ensure solutions are performant, maintainable, and scalable
Identify risks and dependencies early and develop approaches to mitigate delivery and design challenges
Contribute to solution governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across engagements
What we need from you
Proven experience in Salesforce solution design, architecture, or senior functional roles
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices across multiple clouds
Experience leading workshops, discovery, and solution shaping activities
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into clear solution direction
Strong understanding of end-to-end Salesforce delivery lifecycle
Commercial acumen and ability to align solutions to business value and outcomes
Excellent communication skills and ability to present to a wide range of stakeholders
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Application Architect or similar) highly regarded
A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and passion for client success
