PMO Associate
As a PMO Associate / Analyst, you will support project and delivery teams in ensuring the smooth execution of daily project operations. Working closely with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and Senior PMO professionals, you will assist in tracking progress, organizing key activities, managing project documentation, and contributing to effective communication and governance.
This role is ideal for candidates eager to build foundational skills in project coordination and delivery excellence within a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Process Support & Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, documenting actions and decisions, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Status Reporting Assistance: Help prepare routine status reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Gather input and support basic trend or variance analysis.
Resource administration: Track onboarding/offboarding processes, update resource trackers, and maintain team rosters and access lists.
Time Tracking Support: Monitor compliance with time reporting, follow up on exceptions, and help reconcile reported hours.
Finance Tracking Assistance: Support the team with basic expense validations, budget trackers, and preparation of financial summaries.
Documentation & Deliverables Management: Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure deliverables and templates are stored consistently and accessibly.
Tooling & Reporting Systems: Update project trackers, maintain SharePoint sites, and support data analysis in PMO tools like Excel, Power BI and others. Ensure accuracy and clarity of data through formatting, cleansing, and validation.
Communication & Engagement Support: Assist in preparing newsletters, onboarding materials, and team updates. Help coordinate project announcements and knowledge sharing.
Compliance & Governance Monitoring: Support adherence to internal controls, data protection standards, and governance routines.

Required Qualifications & Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in project coordination, administration, and operational support.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a dynamic professional environment.
