Key Responsibilities
As a Workday Delivery Lead, you should expect to lead large, complex Workday implementations and have the following responsibilities:

Responsible for delivery teams across a portfolio of clients and ensure our contractual and client expectations are met.

Lead teams of consultants and clients to reach their implementation and transformation goals on time and within budget
-
Work from start to finish on transformation programs with experience along all stages of program lifecycle.

Lead and develop Workday consultants and guide them through career growth.

Understand client requirements and support development of implementation plans to deliver successful outcomes.

Use expertise to develop and support cost effective blueprints, estimates, and conceptual designs.

Be recognized internally and externally for their deep Workday delivery expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise.

Align technology with business strategy and goals, work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyse, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.

Advise clients in their Workday technology decisions and strategies

Create, implement and manage a program office function in support of the execution of delivery or product work.

Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities.
-
Manage financial, contractual, and operational commitments.

Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.

Mitigate program/project risks and drive resolution of issues.
Your skills and Qualifications:
-
Current knowledge of the Workday Platform (HCM and or Financials)
-
Proven Workday Delivery experience with at least 1-2 major Workday Implementations
-
Previous consulting experience or congruent professional experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
-
Ability and willingness to travel
-
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Experience with pre-sale and sales activities
