About the Role

As a Key Account Manager supporting one of our global social media platform clients, you will play a critical revenue‑driving role by owning and expanding strategic advertiser relationships. This is a highly sales‑focused role, combining consultative advertising sales, hands‑on campaign optimization, and deep expertise in China export businesses and the China market to accelerate client growth and platform revenue.

You will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving new business opportunities, pitching advertising solutions to senior stakeholders, and ensuring strong campaign performance through active optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high‑value advertiser accounts with clear accountability for revenue targets and business growth
  • Drive the end‑to‑end advertising sales cycle, including opportunity identification, solution pitching, commercial negotiations, and deal closure
  • Develop and deliver compelling, data‑driven sales pitches, proposals, and business reviews to client decision‑makers
  • Act as a trusted business partner and strategic advisor, recommending advertising solutions aligned to clients’ growth and expansion objectives
  • Execute hands‑on campaign optimization, performance analysis, and budget management to maximize return on ad spend
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across advertising products and solutions
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, operations, product, and analytics teams to deliver seamless client outcomes
  • Maintain strong knowledge of digital advertising trends, competitive landscape, and China export / China market dynamics

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry
  • Proven track record in advertising sales, key account management, and revenue growth
  • Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, preferably on social media or performance platforms
  • Strong experience working with China export clients and solid understanding of the China market
  • Business‑level proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) to support client communications, pitching, and commercial discussions
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment while managing multiple client accounts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with regional or global clients across APAC
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and data‑driven sales strategies
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑border or China‑based stakeholders
