El equipo de Supply Chain está enfocado en brindar valor a clientes de diversas industrias desarrollando estrategias y modelos operativos que integran áreas de Planning, Sourcing & Procurement, Fulfillment y Business Process Management.
Como profesional en Business Process Management desarrollarás e implementarás soluciones que optimicen procesos de negocio de nuestros clientes, a través de estrategias, procesos, tecnologías y modelos organizacionales diferenciales. Formarás parte de una red global de gran capacidad y experiencia y podrán participar de proyectos en distintos países e industrias.
📌 Que desafíos te esperan:
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en nuestros clientes y desarrollar soluciones integrales para las mismas.
- Liderar programas de transformación de Procesos Cross compañía basado en datos.
- Crear y desarrollar nuevas propuestas de valor para nuestros clientes.
- Liderar equipos de proyecto para clientes locales o extranjeros.
- Desarrollar relaciones cercanas con nuestros equipos comerciales, nuestros pares de otras locaciones y nuestros clientes para seguir encontrando oportunidades de mejora.
- Desarrollarte continuamente en nuevas tecnologías y metodologías que apalanquen nuestra operatoria.
📌 Requisitos:
- Excepcional nivel de inglés tanto oral como escrito.
- +10 años de experiencia en Optimización de Procesos de Negocio.
- Experiencia en Consultoría Estratégica.
- Experiencia en Process Mining es un Plus.
- Conocimiento de herramientas tecnológicas relevantes para tareas afines a Administrar proyectos (role PM/ PMO), Mapear Procesos, Data Mining y/o Process Mining.
- Liderazgo de proyectos complejos.
- Capacidad de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio con clientes y desarrollar relaciones con stakeholders claves.
- Liderazgo de equipos.
