Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Oracle Cloud Project Implementation and Consultancy Services
Plan Project Schedule and Deliverables.
Analyze and document customers’ business requirement
Identify, evaluate and propose Oracle Solutions to customers
Setup and Configure Oracle Solutions based on customers’ requirements
Assist in System Integration, Programs Testing and Customize Reports
Conduct Software Training and Coaching.
Work with team members and ecosystem partners in delivering solutions.
Participate in competency and practice building activities and internal trainings.
Provide post implementation services
Support sales and proposals development in mapping standard product functionality to business requirements, identifying solution gaps and proposing relevant customizations or extensions.
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications::
Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering or related field.
2 years and above experience in complex Oracle Cloud project implementation and support, with a focus on Fusion Cloud or Cloud Solution (Candidates with more experience would be considered as senior roles, vice versa)
Strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
Oracle ERP
Oracle SCM
Oracle HCM
Oracle Work Asset Cloud Service
Oracle Reporting, Oracle BI
Oracle Customer Cloud Service / Oracle Customer Care and Billing
Oracle Meter Data Management
Oracle Sales Cloud / Oracle CX Cloud
Oracle Security
Asset Management: Oracle Primavera, Rostering, Field Service
Minimum 1 cycle of project implementation experience.
Experience with other ERP or industry systems such as SAP would be a plus.
Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to Oracle systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good verbal and written communication in English.
Fluent in Cantonese will be an advantage.
