ご入社後は、化学業界チームへの所属となり、深い業界知見を武器に、社内外のメンバーとプロジェクトを組みながら、業界全体またはお客様の社会的価値・企業価値が向上するためのプラン策定や変革の実行をリードします。
◆業務詳細
下記のようなテーマを切り口として、化学業界のお客様の企業変革と企業価値向上を全面的に支援しています。
・経営戦略（ビジョン/ポートフォリオ戦略・グローバル戦略・M&A/PMI・HR戦略等）の戦略から実行まで
・事業革新（ビジネスモデル改革・イノベーション・サステナビリティ等）の戦略から実行まで
・デジタルトランスフォーメーション（業務改革・競争力強化・ビジネスモデル改革等）の戦略から実行まで
・IT/DXインフラの近代化や効率的な維持運用の戦略から実行まで
・業界横断連携や業界破壊（業界再編・循環経済化等）に向けた産業革新の戦略から実行まで
◆プロジェクト事例
・中期/長期経営計画、グローバル戦略（グローバルSCM、組織統合）
・全社デジタルトランスフォーメーション（SCM・マーケ・R&D・生産・経営のデジタル化）
・データドリブンの利益改善/コスト削減
・BPR/BPOによる抜本的な本社業務効率化
・デジタル技術を活用したビジネスモデル革新
・基幹システム刷新・データプラットフォームの構築
・サーキュラーエコノミープラットフォームの構築
◆応募要件
・化学業界又はコンサル業界における業務経験3年以上
・産業変革又は企業変革に対する熱意
・コンサル業務、企画業務、業務改革、事業開発の経験
・他者を巻き込むコミュニケーション能力
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・コンサルティング経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・英語を用いた実務経験
