Available Opportunities:
Workday HCM Core Consultant
Support end-to-end deployment of Workday HCM modules.
Conduct working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements.
Help clients configure processes aligned with industry best practices.
Design, implement, and prototype Workday HCM solutions.
Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager.
Share Accenture and Workday best practices with client stakeholders.
Participate in Workday certifications and ongoing training.
Qualifications:
At least 1–2 full-cycle Workday HCM implementations.
Strong communication and consulting skills.
Workday HCM Core Certification preferred.
Experience in Compensation or Recruiting modules is a plus.
2–5 years of Workday implementation experience.
Experience with a certified Workday implementation partner preferred.
Workday Learning Lead
Lead the Learning workstream on complex Workday implementations.
Configure Workday Learning modules and resolve configuration issues.
Support ongoing learning processes and year-end reporting activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
Demonstrate leading practices and design options via prototyping.
Mentor small teams across onshore and offshore functions.
Qualifications:
1–2 full-cycle Workday HCM implementations, with Learning focus.
Workday Learning Certification preferred.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Background in pre-sales and solutioning activities preferred.
2–5 years of relevant Workday experience.
Workday Compensation Lead
Lead and deliver Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions.
Host client workshops, guide stakeholders, and lead diverse implementation teams.
Apply Accenture methodologies and industry standards.
Actively contribute to innovation through new methods and assets.
Qualifications:
Strong HR background and prior experience in HCM/Compensation.
2–5 years of professional Workday experience.
Workday HCM / Compensation certifications preferred.
Ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
Workday Talent/Performance Consultant
Lead or support Workday Talent/Performance implementations.
Configure and update solutions to support evolving client needs.
Guide clients through design decisions using prototyping and best practices.
Support year-end and legal reporting processes.
Collaborate across workstreams as required.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in Talent and Performance configuration.
Workday HCM or Talent/Performance Certification preferred.
2–5 years' experience in Workday HCM/Talent implementations.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
