◆職種概略
DXをベースにした、ビジネス変革と新しいマーケティングモデルに紐付いた生活者とクライアント企業の新たな体験を、アウトプットをともなうコンテンツを通してデザインします。クリエイティブ起点でのコアアイデアやコンセプト開発、ブランドコミュニケーションにおけるクリエイティブ方針策定から施策までを推進します。またビジュアル領域におけるアウトプットをディレクションし、高い品質のデザインを実装していきます。
◆具体的な仕事内容
・具体的なクリエイティブ施策の企画立案からコンテンツのクリエイティブディレクション、アートディレクション、デザインワークの実行
・UXコンサルタントやテクニカルディレクターなど各職能と連携し、あらゆるタッチポイントにおけるブランド体験をデザイン実装
・新しいテクノロジーの活用とトレンドをリードするクリエイティブの創出
・オンサイトでクライアントのマーケティングパートナーとしてデータにもとづくデザインディレクションを推進
・あらゆるUIデザインのコンセプト立案から設計、モックアップ、プロトタイプの制作
・キャンペーン連動したLP、SNSのクリエイティブ、運用
・スチール、動画制作のアートディレクション
◆必須要件
下記、デジタルマーケティング領域でのWEBサイト、アプリケーション制作のアートディレクション、デザイン業務の経験（3年以上）
・クリエイティブディレクター、アートディレクション、デザイナーとしての実務経験
・各種プロトタイピングツールでの設計、デザインワーク経験
・デジタルを活用したPR、コンテンツなどのプランニングから施策実行までの一連のクリエイティブディレクションからアートディレクション、デザイン実装の経験
・スチール、動画の撮影ディレクション経験
・プレゼンテーション、クライアントコミュニケーション経験（提案ドキュメント作成含む）
