コーポレート・ディベロップメントはアクセンチュアの成長を目的とした自社M&A推進担当として、 案件発掘からクロージング、Post Merger Integration (PMI:買収後の統合プロセス) に至るM&Aのプロセスを一貫してリードする役割を担っています。今回はその組織において、PMI推進を担うポジションの募集になります。
自社のM&A案件におけるPMIの方針策定・実行・全体の統括を事業部門（各サービスグループ・クライアントグループ）とともに主体的にリードし、実務を牽引していただきます。さらにチームの一員として世界中のM&A/PMIエキスパートとの協業や海外のM&A/PMIプロジェクトへ参画する機会があります。我々の組織では、現在も様々なバックグラウンドのメンバーが活躍しています。
◆具体的な業務内容
・自社M&Aプロジェクトにおいて、担当事業部門と共に、PMI戦略の検討、計画策定・実行（プロジェクト管理）
・全体の統括（経営、投資委員会へのレポーティング含む）を主体的にリードする（各案件における担当事業部門のPMI推進パートナーとなり、実務を牽引する）
・主にM&Aのデューデリジェンス～買収完了準備～買収後（PMI）のフェーズに参画し、各種ステークホルダー※と連携し、PMIプロセスを一貫して推進、直接プロジェクトのリーダーシップをとる
・スタッフクラスは上記のサポート業務からスタートし、ご本人の能力次第でお任せする領域増やしていただきます。※ステークホルダ-は経営、関係事業部門、M&Aエグゼキューション部門（CDTS V&A）、管理部門、買収先の経営層・社員
◆応募要件(MUST)
・学歴：大卒以上
・スキル
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
- 英語：ビジネスレベル
- PCスキル（PowerPoint・Excelを使用した会議資料の作成/論点整理）
・経験：
- プロジェクトマネジメントの経験（スケジュール策定・会議ファシリテーション・ステイクホルダーとの合意形成を含む）

・M&Aの目的達成（シナジー創出・統合活動の完了）に向けてリーダーシップとオーナーシップをもって、プロジェクト推進をリードすることが出来る方
・社内M&Aの有識者としてディール責任者のから信頼される求心力を有し、彼らの協力を得てディールを成功に導ける方
