◆業務内容
継続的な取り組みでユーザーのニーズを捉え、施策の効果を測定し、改善から成功までの取り組みを実現するための「デジタルコマースプラットフォーム」を提供します。
＜具体的な業務＞
・国内外大手クライアントのECサイト構築のプランニング、業務設計、システム設計・開発・運用保守
上流から下流まで、全て内製で開発担当します。
・要件定義では業務フローを作成
・システム開発では必要に応じてECパッケージ（SaaS）をカスタマイズ
・データ移行や基幹システムとの連携バッチはスクラッチ開発を実施
・デジタルマーケティング全般の中の「EC」として位置づけており、ECサイト構築の領域を超えたマーケティング全般の知識を身に着けながらプロジェクトを推進
◆応募要件
・オープン系開発経験
・全領域を担当する為、幅広いポジションがございます。PM、PL、SE、PG、テクニカルアーキテクト
・開発言語は、Java,Jvascriptが中心となります。
・ECサイト全般の業務知識、業務フローの理解があれば歓迎（例えば、決済の仕組み、基幹システムとの売上・出荷連携など）
・チーム開発でのソフトウェア開発の経験(バージョン管理システムや、CIと連携した開発フローで実施されているなど)
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・ECと連携したPIM/OMS/WMS構築
・パッケージ開発に対する適応力
・webサイトのUIUXに関するコンサルティング
・業務プロセス定義の経験(ECサイト運営業務、社内業務等)
・システム要件定義
・Javaによるwebアプリケーション開発
・バッチ開発、各種API連携、データ移行
・ECにおけるテスト計画の作成経験
・以下いずれか、または複数ソリューションの開発経験
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B, B2C)、SAP Commerce Cloud(Hybris)、Adobe Commerce(Magento)、Commerce21、EC-CUBE、ecbeing、Shopify、MakeShop、その他ECパッケージ
