ご入社後は、ハイテク業界チーム（総合電機メーカー出自のコングロマリット企業、半導体関連企業、コンシューマ機器、医療機器メーカー等）への所属となり、深い業界知見を武器に、社内外のメンバーとプロジェクトを組みながら、業界全体またはお客様の社会的価値・企業価値が向上するためのプラン策定や変革の実行をリードします。
◆業務詳細
下記のようなテーマに携わり、業界全体、お客様の変革を全面的に支援しています。
・ハイテク企業における成長戦略の策定と実現
・業界横断課題への提言・企業横断の業界再編（SDGs, Society5.0, テクノロジー起点での市場の創造的破壊）
・デジタルテクノロジーを活用したAs-a-Service新規事業企画・構築
・B2B、B2Cビジネスのデジタルトランスフォーメーション
・グローバルオペレーションの統合・最適化
◆プロジェクト事例
・アジアパシフィックを中心としたグローバル成長戦略策定
・デジタルテクノロジーを活用した営業領域改革
・既存基幹システム刷新及び全社デジタルトランスフォーメーション改革
・コネクテッドプロダクトを利用したサービス事業構想策定
・デジタルファイナンス、デジタルワークフォース構築
◆応募要件
・ハイテク業界（総合電機メーカー出自のコングロマリット企業、半導体関連企業、コンシューマ機器、医療機器メーカー等）における業務経験3年以上
・産業構造変革に対する熱意
・他者を巻き込むコミュニケーション能力
