---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Business Transformation Manager WORK SETUP: Hybrid RESPONSIBILITIES: • Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environment • Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles • Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes • Support the development and implementation of a formal management review of Key Performance/Operating results, and train and coach all functional areas on measurement principles • Provide support/input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings • Facilitate and/or participate in cross functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis • Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and support ongoing expansion of the quality culture across the organization • Provide support to develop support assets, e.g., tracking tools for operational excellence success stories, tracking of root cause/lessons learned from actual delivery experiences, etc. • Communicate to key management stakeholders on salient quality issues and business opportunities OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Muntinlupa Axis One

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least a Green Belt Certified or Black Belt Trained
• With relevant experience in RPA or AI or Transformation
• 10-12 years overall experience in Business Excellence with 5 years of experience in Managerial role
• Handled a minimum of 200 operations FTEs (number of FTEs is flexible and requirement is only good to have)
• 5 years leadership experience
• Open to college undergraduates
• Open to IC candidates
• Local Preferred - Open to Non-Local
• Open to all industries in ASEAN and local market
• Open to consider candidates with business transformation/business excellence/OpEx experience but non-six sigma certified
• Provision for P43 and P44 hires
