This F&A Subject Matter Expert role will be under the AI Capability Development (AI Cap Dev) Manila Team with the following details upon joining:

POSITION TITLE: Instructor Senior Analyst
WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE

The Capability Development Instructor offers services to the Accenture Operations workforce by providing just‑in‑time capability development solutions.


RESPONSIBILITIES

The Capability Development Instructor is responsible for supporting the overall capability development program within specific business units in Accenture Operations, particularly the F&A business unit. The role provides direct capability support to business units of high complexity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the conduct of capability and training needs assessments
  • Supporting the alignment of business requirements with appropriate training solutions
  • Contributing to the design and development of training and learning solutions
  • Assisting in the coordination and delivery of training programs
  • Supporting data collection, analysis, and evaluation of training results
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Delivery, Mobilization, Operations, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth and effective training execution

  • Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift
  • Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
  • Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Gateway Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 years of F&A experience (PTP, RTR, or OTC)
  • Individual Contributor role
  • Preferred (but not required)/ Advantage :
    o Experience in writing DTPs
    o MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
    o Training experience
  • 100% Return to Office (RTO)
