---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Specialist WORK SETUP: Hybrid OVERALL PURPOSE: The primary purpose of Payroll Processing is to execute pay on time and accurately each pay run for both inhouse and outsourced team, with the correct deductions and necessary withholdings including maintaining the employees' hours and payments, calculating commissions and bonuses, and print payroll. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Act as Team Lead to spend 90% of time on supervisory activities and 10% of time on processing inhouse payroll transactions • Act as the escalation point and backup to the Associate Manager and other team leads • Together with other leads, identify opportunities for improvement • Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback to direct reports • End-to-end accountability for processes and transactions • Scope of responsibilities include overseeing: o Produce and Distribute Pay to employees’ bank accounts o Conduct Audit Activities o Produce General Ledger Feed o Payroll Reporting o Distribute vendor / government data as required o Post Payrun activities o Calculate Gross to Net • Be responsible for ensuring Service Delivery to the client, balancing staffing requirements with operational efficiencies and financial goals • Be responsible for conducting QA and informally oversee the CL 10-12’s in terms of QA OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Requirements
•    At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience (salary runs, tax computation, statutory benefits)
•    At least 3 years leading or supervising a payroll team
•    SAP experience as a working tool within payroll execution

Core Competencies
•    Strong functional depth in payroll — able to clearly articulate processes, not just exposure
•    Solid grasp of payroll compliance: tax submissions, statutory contributions (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
•    Experienced in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management
•    Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
•    Proficient in MS Excel; strong analytical and communication skills
