Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.
Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement and value creation. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to gather high-level requirements and designing effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position also includes supporting transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and assisting in the implementation of strategic projects to ensure successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending innovative approaches. - Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization. - Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and business process optimization. - Experience in designing and implementing integrated planning solutions within complex environments. - Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. - Familiarity with data analysis and performance measurement to support decision-making. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable outcomes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
