Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.
Summary: As a Project Scheduler, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires continuous monitoring of project progress, managing the scope, and coordinating with various stakeholders to address challenges and maintain clear communication. The position demands a proactive approach to managing expectations and resolving issues to drive successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain integrated project schedules with clear WBS, dependencies, and alignment to delivery phases and milestones - Perform schedule quality assurance to ensure logic integrity, minimal constraints, and a reliable critical path - Drive critical path analysis, risk identification, and scenario planning to proactively manage delivery timelines - Track progress and provide accurate forecasting, milestone reporting, and lookahead views for stakeholder decision-making - Collaborate closely with PMs and stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment and delivery visibility Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Control Services. - Strong capability in coordinating complex project schedules and resource allocation. - Proficient in risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity. - Experience in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to track progress and deliverables. - Ability to analyze project data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Delivery Operations Control. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
