Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. - Support the implementation of best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on industry trends and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Management Governance. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Proficient in using project management software and tools for planning and tracking. - Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among team members. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
