Produce written or visual documentation. Provide product development, design, and marketing documentation. Translate complex technical solutions, strategies and themes into easily understandable, readable responses.
Summary: As a Technical Writing Representative, you will engage in the creation of comprehensive written and visual documentation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather information, translating complex technical concepts into clear and concise content, and ensuring that all documentation meets the highest standards of quality and clarity. You will play a crucial role in supporting product development, design, and marketing efforts through effective communication. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information for documentation. - Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to the intended audience. - Utilize various tools and technologies to create and maintain documentation. - Review and edit documentation created by other team members to ensure consistency and quality. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Software Product Engineering. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Technical Documentation. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Proficiency in using documentation tools such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker. - Ability to create visual aids and diagrams to enhance documentation. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in documentation processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Software Product Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
