Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, providing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of software applications. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to discussions aimed at improving processes and enhancing service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze and document issues to facilitate effective resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. - Provide training and support to end-users to improve their experience. - Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or changes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace. - Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and their integration. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with user support and training methodologies. - Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Google Workspace. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
