Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes monitoring key performance indicators related to testing activities, managing test execution, and ensuring timely resolution of defects to support continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members to build their skills and support their professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches within the quality engineering team.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in C++ Programming Language.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, principles, and lifecycle management.
- Experience in developing and implementing test strategies and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to analyze and interpret test metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assessment.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in C++ Programming Language.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
