Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the software solutions, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve conflicts.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and migration techniques.
- Experience in designing scalable data workflows and managing complex data environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processing pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with data quality management and error handling within data services.
- Competence in collaborating with database technologies and understanding data architecture principles.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
